On June 6th Dalin went to scout day camp. He was so excited he could hardly contain himself. We got up first thing in the morning and he headed out to join his pack. He came home glowing. He got to shoot a BB gun, shoot a bow and arrow, make an arrowhead necklace, a bear claw walking stick, and got a coon-skin hat. I asked him what his favorite thing to do was and he said shoot a BB gun.
Later that week he got to do another one of his favorite things. Tie flies with Dad. Dan is usually very patient to let Dalin tie and shows him how to do it. He's a good daddy to his kids (and not a bad husband I might add).
And we've got the finished product. Think he'll catch anything with it? He and Braden each have their own little tackle boxes to keep their flies in. This is as crafty as we get around here.
